Cadence was a huge help. She was mature, knowledgeable and kind. I hope she's there next time I go in ,which will be soon. The product selection is top notch!

Was in there with my partner for 5 mins, within that time we were asked by the same person 3 times If we knew about different products. We told her we were just looking for now. She then proceeded to say she needs to let us know about the " 30 min browsing rule" which immediately steered us to the door. For 1 its a pretty private store I did not appreciate someone hovering over my shoulder, 2nd being told about that rule after only 5 mins of being in there was not professional and completely lost our buisness. First and last time I will be entering that store.

Winnipeg, mb. The Adam and Eve store clerk was phenomenal with explain and showing the toys functions and uses! Her customer service was through the roof! I wish I could do more than recommend them, Chyna. I've only experienced positive and helpful encounters at the winnipeg store.

I was a little nervous walking in. The customer service rep. E Galijas was an absolute delight. I was giggling like a little school boy, looking at his first playboy magazine. She made me feel comfortable and I really appreciate that.
