It’s not even worth 1 star…… my daughter and husband were 16 weeks into the pregnancy and wanted to find out the gender. Right from the beginning maybe a minute in ,the tech got all worried and freaked out that she hasn’t seen this in 20 years and that she has to see her doctor asap and when is the appointment and kept going back to the issue that the baby might have . She kept on pushing and wiggling to find the gender and that was it…… so unprofessional and actual rude. She is just a technician and not a doctor and scared my daughter so much that this whole session was a disaster. A professional would have let them enjoy the session and spoke at the end with the advice of seeing her doctor soon as possible to check on her and the baby. If we needed medical advice we would go to a doctor. We pay for to find out the gender and not her opinion of what she thinks it is. Terrible experience. She asked to contact her with the results but why would we do that if she is going to upset another mother and her family. I advise to find other places because this is absolutely not a place of comfort and understanding

We booked the “Sun” package which included 3 sessions. Twice the initial technician was unable to get photos and videos (which I understand isn’t her fault because of the orientation of the baby) . She got me to comeback twice. Sophia was great with 2 of my come-back sessions ! Sophia was patient and took her time and even allowed me to have a few minutes to rest . Ainsley was welcoming and very professional ! I can tell that both Sophia and Ainsley enjoy their work. -1 star because we felt the frustration from the initial technician. Maybe was tired that morning .

Came in for an appointment for 11:15, we arrived at 10:40, as we where told to be early, asoon as 11:25 hit, a group of people came in saying they had an appointment for 11, right as that was happening a couple was leaving the room, so because they came in at 11:25 they got to go right into the appointment and now it's 11:45 and we still haven't been seen..... now I'm going to be late returning to work. If you wana show up half hour late to you're appointment then you should wait... poor way of handing that situation. So where punished for being EARLY. Extremely annoyed. Hopefully another buisness like this can be a 2nd option. And maybe they won't punish whos ontime vs people who are HALF HOUR LATE

The lady doing the ultrasound was SO SO SO AMAZING this women was made for this job. I’m just so grateful for the AMAZING experience baby moon gave me. I will be suggesting this to every single pregnant person I know. Thank you guys🤍
