Our vehicle was dropped off by a tow truck on February 7 as it was not drivable. As of today (April 20) the vehicle has not been brought into the shop for the collision experts to complete a detailed estimate of damage. It has now been 2.5 months of waiting - despite initial assurances that the estimate would be completed within 30 days. We have been in weekly discussions with the shop and we still do not have a timeline for when the estimate will be completed. It is hard to have confidence that repairs will be done properly if they can’t even figure out how to complete an estimate in a reasonable amount of time. So far I have been incredibly disappointed with my experience with Birchwood Collision.
Xavier was an awesome person to deal with. He was very accommodating and is always there to answer our questions. I will do businesses with him again in the future.

The finance portion of Birchwood is fantastic, the absolute downside is their service center. I bought my car in the fall and it's a 2024 VW (brand new) the breaks have been squeaky since the start and haven't stopped. I know this can be with new breaks as they take time to wear in.
I go to booky oil change and that was an issue as it was supposed to be a freebie and the dealer was out of coupons so that ended up kinda being pushed back on me. In the same e mail I was also going to be charged $90.00 TO START to look at my breaks. Honestly that's disgusting.

When you arrive at the dealership pull right up to the service door (approx. 2 feet) and it will open automatically. If they don’t open (the sensors are sensitive) just honk and an Advisor will come and let them in.

I will go back to my original mechanic 30 mins away because least I know he won't rip me off and he runs a tight ship with no BS.
