Another fantastic experience at Birchwood BMW, this time with Paul Luo in Sales and Kyle Dech in Financing for my ‘23 Individual Twilight Purple Metallic m340i xDrive sedan. The entire Birchwood BMW unit is a class act, with the careful oversight of Steve Weber to ensure my individual customizations were met to perfection. Will continue to shop here for my vehicles in addition to the assurance of knowing my referrals are treated like VIPs. Thanks everyone.

Had a pleasant purchasing experience at the Lexus dealership.
Jin, our advisor, was knowledgeable and welcoming. I had contacted him through the online web portal and he messaged me accordingly. Him and other colleagues on his team (Stefan and Stacy), in a collaborative approach, managed to get me the exact vehicle I wanted in such a short period of time.
Now I’m driving a vehicle that to enjoy the summer days ahead.

Johan was great at finding me the right vehicle for me, and Amani explained all that I needed to know re an extended warranty. Kory service advisor was also really good at his job for the last 6 years with infiniti. Hoping the same will continue at nissan.

EDIT: 05/25/2024 - I’m still waiting for a response from the email address they gave me. Is their response just for show? We’ll see.
The other distasteful incident with one of Birchwood's dealer in April 28, 2023 involves Birchwood Honda West. I suspected at first that it was Birchwood Honda on Regent who breach my customer's confidentiality, but I remember now the Police told me it's my workmate so it's gotta be BHW. I told them I was having problem with my car that it won't go to top speed anymore but when it is foggy it would gladly do so in the middle of the darkest night in a road that is unpopulated. I can’t believe at first that I’m going to get snitched at at first. They look so happy and dandy when I was in front of them only to be betrayed by judases, I meant BHW.
Btw, it's in honda's culture to promote speed as evidenced by high speed pictures of their cars and promotion of racing. In fact when I was still working with them in 2018 or 2019, one of the pre delivery inspection mechanic told me he took a brand new type r to 180 kmh from the gas station.
I need to burn bridges now with these people because they did it first to me, and because I truly doubt one of them can find the portal to New Heaven and Earth that will be opened at the same time asteroids and meteorites fall from heaven in the end of the world with me if they don't turn away from sins.

We have been taking our 2007 Honda to Birchwood Auto West for almost 2 years now. This car is extra special to me as it belonged to my late father so it definitely needed some work. We have always dealt with Ian Cook and he has been wonderful making this car feel new again! I would highly recommend Birchwood Auto to my family & friends!
