Honestly, not as bad as the other reviews say. I was expecting much worse, but was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, the hotel felt safe and I was able to get a decent night's sleep. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway and I had to keep the curtains closed at all times, but for a no-frills safe, clean night, this is a decent option.

I've stayed her many many times in the past, lately, past 2 years the burntwood was spiraling down hill. Since the new owner has taken over sadly nothing has changed and possibly gotten worse.
The security guard at the front is extremely rude! Went down to play the VLT's and I was approached by the security at my machine and he demanded to see my ID and cashed my ticket out when I didn't hear him the first time. I left right after that, his tone and demeaner made me feel un-welcomed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely run down. Room had bad stains everywhere. Drunk people blocking the entrance. 10 year old kids smoking weed out front. Half asked repairs everywhere. Walked in the lounge and walked out. Food was terrible, Didn't eat it, tried 2 bites, sent it back. Owner/manager said I had to pay for it. I told her you should learn how to run a restaurant because no I'm not paying for garbage that I didn't eat. Service was non existent. Bad food, bad service, unclean looking restaurant. Couldn't wait to leave. This is how you don't get repeat business. Have a little pride...

Not as bad as I expected. Which was zero. Room okay but furthest from the entrance. Lots of riff raff around. Felt my vehicle was safe near front door. Good thing I only had one bag to carry in. Room clean but could use a good cleaning to get spit and blood of the walls.
