Had a fantastic stay at Burntwood Hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Great location and excellent service—highly recommend!
Dinner special was very good.
5 course Dinner at that for 50 bucks.
Honestly, not as bad as the other reviews say. I was expecting much worse, but was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, the hotel felt safe and I was able to get a decent night's sleep. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway and I had to keep the curtains closed at all times, but for a no-frills safe, clean night, this is a decent option.
The food at the restaurant was amazingly good! I had the clubhouse.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely run down. Room had bad stains everywhere. Drunk people blocking the entrance. 10 year old kids smoking weed out front. Half asked repairs everywhere. Walked in the lounge and walked out. Food was terrible, Didn't eat it, tried 2 bites, sent it back. Owner/manager said I had to pay for it. I told her you should learn how to run a restaurant because no I'm not paying for garbage that I didn't eat. Service was non existent. Bad food, bad service, unclean looking restaurant. Couldn't wait to leave. This is how you don't get repeat business. Have a little pride...
