The Centro’s largest room at 5280 sq. ft., the Mauro Hall can host your wedding, banquets, company parties, fundraising galas and much, much more. With a capacity for up to 400 guests, the Mauro is perfect for any large gatherings. The hall features full audio capabilities along with three ceiling-mounted projectors and three large wall-mounted screens to display your presentation or slide show.
The Centro has a large parking lot for about 150 vehicles.

We've always had a positive experience with Caboto from catering office parties, attending brunches and special receptions, their food and attention to detail is second to none.
With the sudden passing of my father, when I was at my lowest point, they were unbelievably kind hearted and respectful taking care of every tiny detail. Throughout my father's celebration of life, all staff were incredibly attentive and respectful. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Carly and her magnificent team. A thousand thanks for making it so easy for us during such a difficult and vulnerable moment.

I can't say enough about the Caboto Center in Winnipeg, the venue for Danielle & Gianni's wedding that I had the pleasure of photographing. The room they decorated was absolutely stunning! The ambiance and attention to detail created a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the couple's style. The staff at the Caboto Center were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Carly and the entire staff at Sorrento's at the Caboto are phenomenal! From start to finish, the communication was prompt and detailed, the support with menu items was so helpful and the hall was beyond our imagination! We received so many amazing comments about the food - what an unbelievable meal!! A BIG thank you to Carly, Gerry, and the entire staff. We will be hosting all our events there in the future, highly highly recommend!!
