Bowling is fun! They have black lights and fun music!! This location is 10 pin. Shoe rental and lots of bright and different weight balls to try. They have the tracks (think mini slide for a kid who can't lift a ball) and bumper (that run down the lanes so you don't get a "gutter ball") for youth or people who are new to try. They are licensed and serve a select menu.
The food needs the upkeep! They should switch to spence pizza (local) and could serve a slice for the same price but not have cardboard pizza. Food is why I couldn't offer 5 stars. For events you can't bring in outside food.... so serve better food.
I had a little disappointment with the front staff who mis guided us and we ended paying up more for six people. We actually forced to come after 11 Pm on Saturday because they had a deal in which a six people lane can enjoy 1.5 hour of play time including a large bucket of popcorn and a picher of pop all included in 50-55 bucks. Almost something like that but we forced to not to take that deal and at the end we end up paying same amount of money with less time for play and no snacks or beverages. My friends were disappointed and not happy with the service of staff. Would highly suggest to their management team to look into these issues so that customers can come back rather than just pay for once and not coming back. Actually 2 stars is still not worth it.

Placed an order for over $80 worth of food and drinks at the restaurant, waited for my order to come while we bowled but it never came. So I went back to check on it only to be told that they had no record of my payment. The staff seemed confused and the supervisor then insisted that I hadn’t paid, even though I showed them the confirmation on my account. They clearly didn’t know how to use their own system and kept insisting I must be mistaken.
After going back and forth and finally locating the record in their system, they acknowledged the payment, but the entire ordeal was exhausting and frustrating. The staff’s lack of training and the lack of basic customer service left a terrible impression. It felt like they would rather assume the customer was at fault than take a second to check their own process. At the end, the supervisor couldn’t figure out how to process the refund. Definitely won’t be back!
Staff was nice but they were severely understaffed. They knew they were gonna busy, they even pushed back our reservation twice because they knew they'd be busy. But they only had one mechanic and one bartender. Our lane was messed up for like 10 minutes before we gave up waiting and just bowled through our problems. Forget getting drinks.
Hire some people and make an effort to make Saturday nights a touch smoother, will ya.
