Two Rooms (Capacity 280) / One Room (Capacity 230)

Social packages include: 2 Bartenders, cups for beer & liquor, ice and 40 litres of pop.

All rates include table and chair set up, take down and cleaning.

Choice of round tables (5 feet diameter) or 8-foot-long tables (all tables seat 8 to 10 people.

Coffee and tea brewing equipment is complimentary upon request.). Juice, coffee, tea or any food is not included

The gymnasium, which holds 230 people has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, one stove and microwave. It is air conditioned and use of the kitchen is included in your booking.

The multipurpose room, which holds 80 people is also air conditioned. The hall contains an L-shaped counter which includes a microwave, fridge, stove.

Stoves in both rooms are for warming food only. We do not allow any full cooking of meals due to the lack of industrial ventilation.

The entire facility is handicapped accessible.

Parking is available in the Notre Dame lot starting at Avenue de la Cathédrale and going down the full length of the arena up to Provencher Park.
