We have been numerous times, today unfortunately my son hurt his muscle/knee pretty bad - lie a snap stretched muscle, so extreme pain, for a good 20mins + the staff, and manager were PHENOMENAL, I've never been more grateful to have those two help my boy out! He was iced, and then she even wrapped his knee, making certain he was ok to walk, he ended up making the jump time, and the manager even gifted him a free jump pass because he sat for most of his time - genuinely, the most amazing and compassionate staff! Highly recommend this place, time and time again! Amazing team!! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🤍🤍😊😊😎😎🎯🎯💯💯💥💥🥰🥰

One of the best places for indoor fun activities. If your kids have energy, this is the place for them to exert it all. Jumping on the trampoline alone will wear you out. It's a fun place for family and friends to hangout especially during winter.

We had a great birthday party!! Our host Ember was so inviting and knowledgeable. She helped me with everything I needed! The kids had a blast, planning the party was a breeze, food was delicious! 10/10 would recommend!!

Really amazing place for birthdays and spending time with loved ones! Staff are friendly and professional! Not to mention it's a safe and clean environment with numerous fun activities such as basketball, rock climbing, arcade, and even a place to order food. Overall, 10 out of 10!

Front end staff need training to understand what is non verbal autistic kid is... Seems like they just want to have your money even if your kid is not ready to go on the trampoline. (Special need kid).
Manager was okay. This one star is for the manager.
(Just FYI : My daughter's two birthdays were celebrated here. In 2022 and 2023 And I can say awesome staff at that time.. So understanding and polite.)
