A good place for kids to spend time jumping and playing vending games. Spacious spaces for kids to run here and there, but a bit expensive. There are coaches for parents and guardians to sit and wait if they like. Also massage chairs for a fee. Kids can enjoy here.

I do not usually write google reviews but my experience here became a absolute disaster last Saturday. My niece and nephew really had fun with jumping and playing and I liked watching them have fun. They never double bounce or run or broke any of the video rules. Most workers were nice and were always paying attention to the kids making sure no one got hurt. However there was one monitor named Ella who was scolding my niece and nephew for holding hands even though only one was jumping at a time which seems OK. There were many people being unsafe in her area that even hurt my niece and nephew and falling often which was very worrying for me and my family and scared our kids. I understand it can be busy but when I talked to her she was very rude to me, dismissive, and did not care. We were there for 2 hours and only her spot seemed to have those big issues. It was a good and fun place but it was ruined by one person. We will probably not return and hope the management does something about the worker. Edit: The manager Tina was very nice and understanding about the situation. She even offered me free passes and said she is going to give coaching to the employee to fix her behaviour. I am happy with how Tina handled this and my visit was overall good.

Really enjoyed our time at Flying Squirrel. I took my toddler for the first time and she loved it. They were nice about exchanging sock sizes when we accidentally got some that were too big and they were so patient at the rock climbing station. I love that this was included in the rate. Thanks to the very friendly staff!

The kids and I always have the most fun going to this place. I went a couple of times now, in the afternoon, during the neon night and with kids or on a date night. Each time, we had a great time. You can bring your own lock and use a locker for free. You'd have to pay for socks over and above the ticket price unless you bring them with you. The place is clean, staff is nice and makes sure everyone is following safety rules (no running, no climbing, etc.). I would for sure recommend this place, for kids AND adults.

Went for a birthday party! It was great! The kids had a lot of fun. We went on a weeknight and they went right to bed when we got home! It wasn’t crazy busy either.
