This place saved me today, lol! I tried printing food menus I designed with my own printer and it just wasn’t working out. Contacted Galaxy this morning in a bit of panic, explained my situation and the urgency of it all and they made it happen for me. They got the exact paper I had envisioned right, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and they just nailed it all around. They definitely brought my design to life. Thank you so much.

While the people I worked with were lovely, I think Galaxy Printing works best with people who do not have much stake in the outcome of the print job. Flyers, paper menus, temporary posters, etc; All things that which the quality of the job done doesn't matter as much.
If you're an artist looking for prints of your work, or otherwise desire a high-quality product, look elsewhere. I ordered my print job weeks in advance so I'd have time to prepare for my event, and was told 4-6 days for completion. Two days before my event (which I had mentioned as an absolute final cut-off date) I was calling to find out if my work was done, only to find it hadn't been, and they were printing it that day. 2 of 3 designs had errors so I had to return the very next day to pick up the fixed versions. In the new version, one of my prints still had trimming errors. I didn't have time or energy to go back a third time.
I'm an artist and I put a lot of pride in my work. I had hoped that Galaxy Printing would acknowledge that and help me show my work in its best light, really elevate it with the print job, but I do not feel that it did. I was told "if we looked closely at every file we printed then we wouldn't print anything in a day" which I think just encapsulates the work Galaxy does. You need a print? You'll get a print. Don't expect miracles.
Pricing was good for the work done and the new versions were printed free of charge, but the stress of having to rush around to pick up fixed copies (which also had trimming errors) was enough to make me wish I went with a different printer to begin with. The colours and quality of the actual printed paper turned out nice but issues I had with Galaxy are not about the printer hardware itself.
Two stars as it feels malicious to leave one. There were positives, as mentioned, but overall my disappointment and stress outweigh the quality of the job done. I can only relate and rate my own experience after all.
I wish I could leave a better review, I really do. Galaxy has its place but it is not a place for artists, and I hope other artists read this and take heed.
