High Tea event - very informative as to all the facts on how it originated. The wee sandwiches, scones & dainties were absolutely awesome. Will definitely go to any future ones they have. I now drink tea!!!

Set in the heart of a pretty little town, the Manitou Opera House is one of the cutest music and arts venues I've visited. It's also among the last remaining buildings of its architecture in Manitoba (and last remaining 1930's opera house).
Cozy feel, well-preserved charm, amazing acoustics, and classy theatre with a simple elegance. The Coffee House series and Pembina Valley Music Festival are held here. A dedicated group of lovely people make it all happen.
Seeing a concert here is a memorable gem. Coffee houses are a great way to spend a Saturday night in winter too.
The Manitou Opera House, built in 1930 with Arts and Crafts influenced architecture, has a proscenium stage, a partially sloped auditorium, and a four-step balcony.
