Average travel accommodation with good location to all services and downtown core. Adequate amenities in the room. A restaurant and grill bar onsite. The security deposit is $200 and late to get it back.
Requested a main floor room at reservation, at 530 pm. They put me on the 2nd floor. Which was a pain as I can barely walk
Demanded a $200 deposit.
No hot water. Shower was Luke warm. Bed was nice. Room was clean, on check out was informed it would take, "maybe later today" to get my deposit back. But probably days..
That's unacceptable.
They then went to check room, and all was good.
Deposit refund immediately please was greeted with. Sorry. It will still take us days to process/get it back to you.
Absolutely unacceptable. Then it was suddenly the "banks fault"

Argument with manager.
Checked my account on line. And suddenly they were able to immediately process it and refund it after all..
When I intentionally offended the staff in front of the manager. The manager didn't say a word. She stood there and allowed me to offend her staff.
Ineffective manager that should necer have allowed anyone to berate staff.
When it was HER POLICY that I was upset about.
Poorly managed. Poorly handled the situation. And if you look over the counter and read the memo clearly laminated and posted on the front desk, they are aware their rates are too high. But don't offer a reduced rate unless specifically requested by the customer.
I won't be staying her again as a result of the poor management.
King bed was amazing, lots of pillows and towels and cute little folded towels and toilet paper. Ice bucket which was nice. Pleasant stay! Room was incredible.
We organized an event for more than 150 people from the Ecuadorian community. Since the beginning, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and cordial. They provided all the facilities and complied with some very special requests with an specific cocktail to celebrate the foundation of our capital city (very special thanks to Erica, Haley, Byron and the kitchen staff). During the event, the service was outstanding. Erica was always pending on every detail while Heather attended the bar flawlessly and always with a smile. Our community enjoyed an amazing night. Thank you for your excellent service!.
We checked in, saw a mouse, and left well before staying the night. Management is refusing to refund us…? We told them we weren’t upset or disgusted, and just wanted a refund since we didn’t stay the night. We were told it was impossible for a rodent to be in a building when pest control is called intermittently. Uneducated, insecure adult behaviour.
