Winter facilities include two well-maintained outdoor rinks and a large warming shelter. Behind the rinks is a man- made tobaggan slide and iced oval. We are lucky to have this in Headingley!

Nice modern facilities it is to bad they don't look after it they need to clean their heating system there.

Has a daycare in the basement. Upstairs there is small Hall with kitchen. Play area outside.

Very nice polite day care workers
The Phoenix Community Centre is situated in the heart of the Headingley south hamlet. Phoenix is our original community centre built many years ago but is still used extensively by our community recreation groups. Although we do not use this centre to facilitate weddings and large events, it is still used to hold small wedding showers, birthdays and family events.
