It was a fun place, but there were no facilities hidden from the sun. We had to stand in line for 1 hour each ride. There is no specific sitting area. My sun was tired. We wanted to stay but everyone had a headache because of loud music.
Red River Ex is a great place overall, that being said, please for God’s sake ban cigarettes and vapes.
If you are going with kids, please keep them close to you as incidents do tend to happen and there are a lot of people there. (Safety is okay at best)
Overall though it is a great experience, do highly recommend it!
i’m was pretty nice but i think it was wayy to expensive with entrance fee and tickets cost like 22 for$20 and 55 for $50 or something like that and 1.00 a ticket and each ride was like 4-8 tickets worth so it would be expensive if u are more then like 1 person. the rides were very nice i liked the mouse and the swing tower thing ! (i don’t really remember the names) but yeah the only thing not good was probably the prices but it was still a great experience.
Witchy Wonderland at the Red River Ex... soooo fun! The music, the entertainment. There is so much to do with the kids. You can literally spend three plus hours here. Very well runned event, flows so nicely. We went last year and again this year. This year was even better! I am always looking forward to these events. The Red River Fair in the summer, the Christmas light show. Amazing events for our community.
I had not been to the Red River Ex in about 20 plus years- it’s funny how many of the same rides there were from back then and how many from 40 years ago. There were a ton of security and they checked all our bags.
We loved creating memories with our grandkids. The only downside is the cost. Entrance fees, wrist bands for a family of 4 and myself was close to $300 -
Parking was not an issue. Games are $10 for one try. Food is what you would expect at the Ex.
Will definitely bring my grandkids back as it is such a fun tradition.
