Beautiful, peaceful, fun park in a natural setting. Camping/Canoeing in summer...Skating/snow shoeing in winter. A GEM tucked away just 1 hr from Wpg along hwy#59. The charted canoe route along the river is Au'some! Un serviced camping sites for summer but modern washrooms with showers. Also a hall (for 100) for a very reasonable daily rate. The river is lovely!

Popular for tubing and kayaking.
Unreserved campsites with indoor bathrooms and free showers. Also hosts a small country music festival in late summer.

August 12th 2018. There was the Roseau River music festival happening. It was really hot out. The wife and kids Walked In The Water cuz it was low enough. That place is well kept. Nice little place to go on a little family adventure when the weather is right and the water is safe enough to Adventure in. I really enjoy Manitoba and the Roseau River. It's roughly about 1hour and 4mins from Winnipeg going south on highway 59. I would recommend going there for a quiet getaway from the city or anywhere noisy.
