Sinclair Park is pleased to be able to offer a social package, designed to fit the needs of you social! Our facility holds up to 500 people and the use of the whole building is included in your rental.

The Gymnasium is used as your seating area and dance floor. Your bars are also located in the Gym.

The MPR is used to hold your food tables and provide some seating away from all the hustle and bustle of the main social area.

The Commons area holds all of your ticket sales, as well as tables for your silent auction prizes.

The Board Room serves as a quiet place where you are able to lock up your personal belongings.

Our social package includes the following:

• 6 Bartenders (1 Lead Bartender/Supervisor, 5 Regular Bartenders)
• 3 Security Personnel
• 1500 Bar Cups (Beer and Liquor)
• 54 Two Litre Bottles of Pop (Coke Products). This is customizable to suit the types of hard liquor you intend to bring.
• Ice - Unlimited Access
• Setup and Cleanup
• Room Rental Rates

Should you be bringing in many different types of liquor, Sinclair Park is now offering the option of a third bar window. This would be a 'Shot Bar,' and it allows for faster service of multiple liquor types. This does add an additional fee to your social package. Please inquire for more information regarding the third bar window.

Smaller social packages (400, 350, 300, and 250 people) are available upon request.
