The staff was friendly. The food was great. Join the club points and got great deals on food and gaming ,even got a discount on hotel room. We went off season pool area empty so had it all to ourselves.

South beach has the best buffet in all of MB!! Dinner/breakfast was absolutely amazing!! (still thinking about it a week later) Customer service is awesome felt very comfortable staff were easy to talk to could make jokes really enjoyed my stay here thank you all I will be back to eat :D

Excellent casino. Rooms are great, food is great and the casino is great! Location is not the best, rooms are terribly expensive (seriously to stay 3 nights I can fly to Vegas and stay 3 nights on the strip, for less -- that's wild). The club card reward points system seems to be terrible. Points can only be used for cash back. No redemption on restaurant at all. The RTP seems to be higher at South Beach compared to Casinos of Winnipeg. Not sure of course, just the feel I get over the last 10 years. Anyway, great casino! Worth the trip!

Great customer service by security and all other staff that I came across. I had lost an Apple AirTag and I went back today to try to locate it (it showed me it was still at the casino since I was there Dec 28th. I called, and was transferred to Don at the security Podium. There was no hesitation when I explained I had lost an AirTag and would like to try to locate it. He welcomed me, and offered to walk with me Tracing it. He went through valet Jackets in case it was in a pocket. I believed it fell out of a zipped key case. It showed that it was somewhere in the casino but I couldn't get close enough to connect. I took it to each desk (customer service, valet parking, coat check and hotel desk). All staff were so Willing to help. It became an adventure. Evelyn from security walked the casino with me. Making suggestions along the way. She suggested we look outside because at one point the find my friends showed I was standing next to it. It connected and the program guided us to its exact spot. It was on the ground in the valet parking lot. It became an adventure looking. It wasn't the price of the air tag, it was adventure to being able to track it from Winnipeg to its exact spot 75kms away. Thanks to all! We stayed and had a delicious lunch in the bar. Chicken finger meal and orchard Salad. Staff and food were awesome!

We drove here from Winnipeg with friends for the breakfast buffet on a Sunday and a few hours on the slots. The buffet was very good, a nice variety of items, all tasty, very good service & nice price. The Casino is clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend for a road trip.
