My experience was really terrible with them, I went to change the oil and once they are done and I am getting out of the place I started to hear a cracking noise under the car so I took the first u-turn and returned to them so they told me all the push clips of the skid plate went out, they told me they replaced all and again left the place thinking all is good, next time i drove the car I noticed that there is a crack in the skid plate, I went to super lube again and this time I asked to look under the car to understand what happened underneath, I found a big crack in the skid plate and all the push clips are out except 4 only and there is another crack in the tire cover just beside the skid plate crack, so simply they removed the skid plate to change the oil & they didn’t put it back correctly so it fall and break the tire cover too, can’t really imagine how it happen. I asked to see the manager who said I will add only 2 push clips and you have to go to the dealer we will not fix it and when I told her adding 2 push clips will not solve the problem, it’s clear that we need to replace the skid plate because it’s cracked she rudely told me I will get the security to kicked you out, never seen anyone behave like this before! If you did a mistake you have to fix it not to kick your client out, they don’t even deserve a rate of 1, now they did the mistake and I have to pay about $400 to replace the skid plate & the tire cover.

When I went to check the battery last time, I saw a sign on the wall saying free tire repair. I decided to give it a try, and it was indeed free and fast. Today, I went to check the car’s undercarriage because it had been loose for several days. I was worried it might be dangerous and felt very anxious. Bob reassured me, saying it was okay and that St. Mary could fix it quickly. He was very gentle and friendly. Thank you, Bob! 😊

Love this place. I live walking distance from this location and the service has always been amazing. My partner had a loose bolt in his tires, i think ?? And they fixed it for free and also worked on my tires a while ago for free as well. We weren’t charged for the tire swap as well. Their oil change service is quick and reliable too. More than the monetary value, we love and appreciate having peace of mind when we take both of the cars there knowing the work would be done properly and on time. Highly recommend :)

Wonderful experience at super lube. Had my flat tire repair here for no cost. Just went and gave my tire as they were very busy and were not accepting any cars for the day. Yet I was able to get the tire on the same day. Thank you everyone at super lube. Good work.

It was all women in there today, and I loved it! Service was great and she told me they offer free fluid top up between oil changes- Windshield wiper fluid, coolant, oil, whatever. And they gave me a coupon for a free tow anywhere within city limits which I hopefully won’t need but that’s pretty cool! Great service. This is my new place.
