My experience was really terrible with them, I went to change the oil and once they are done and I am getting out of the place I started to hear a cracking noise under the car so I took the first u-turn and returned to them so they told me all the push clips of the skid plate went out, they told me they replaced all and again left the place thinking all is good, next time i drove the car I noticed that there is a crack in the skid plate, I went to super lube again and this time I asked to look under the car to understand what happened underneath, I found a big crack in the skid plate and all the push clips are out except 4 only and there is another crack in the tire cover just beside the skid plate crack, so simply they removed the skid plate to change the oil & they didn’t put it back correctly so it fall and break the tire cover too, can’t really imagine how it happen. I asked to see the manager who said I will add only 2 push clips and you have to go to the dealer we will not fix it and when I told her adding 2 push clips will not solve the problem, it’s clear that we need to replace the skid plate because it’s cracked she rudely told me I will get the security to kicked you out, never seen anyone behave like this before! If you did a mistake you have to fix it not to kick your client out, they don’t even deserve a rate of 1, now they did the mistake and I have to pay about $400 to replace the skid plate & the tire cover.

When I went to check the battery last time, I saw a sign on the wall saying free tire repair. I decided to give it a try, and it was indeed free and fast. Today, I went to check the car’s undercarriage because it had been loose for several days. I was worried it might be dangerous and felt very anxious. Bob reassured me, saying it was okay and that St. Mary could fix it quickly. He was very gentle and friendly. Thank you, Bob! 😊

They helped us today with an issue that just arose as the temperatures dropped. The back end because very squeaky. They were able to get us in right away and lubricated the suspension and did it very quickly. Appreciate the wonderful service and the courtesy. Thanks!

Had a screw in my tire. Walked in there at 4:30pm they got me right in removed the screw patched my tire. I was in and out in less than 20 min, when I went up to get the keys for my vehicle I asked what the charge was. They said no charge. I was very impressed with the quick efficient service I received.

I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Super Lube, as I believe they are misleading customers with false promises and poor customer service. The only reason I opted for an oil change at Super Lube, despite it costing significantly more than other places, was because I was promised a free winter tire change, backed up by a certificate. When I returned a week later to have my tires—already mounted on rims—changed, I was shocked when they refused, claiming my tires were "too old." This was never mentioned during my oil change, which cost me over $100, nor was it indicated in their marketing materials or during the initial service. If they had such conditions, they should have clearly communicated them upfront, not after I've already paid. I ended up getting my tires changed elsewhere, and guess what? They’re perfectly fine! This experience feels like a blatant scam, and I will never go to Super Lube again. If they continue to treat customers like this, I can’t imagine it will be long before they face legal action for deceptive practices. This is not how you build customer trust, and I sincerely hope that others take notice.
