Great clean store with wine, beer and RTD available. Very positive and helpful staff.
Management team is good. Both Frank and Nicola provided useful advices. Julianna is the best! She understood situation quickly, and solve my problem quicker than I expected! The only thing I think needs to improve is some shopping assistants (looks like new hire to me), they told me they don’t know where to find the item I was looking for, and did not try to solve my problem, such as consult another staff who has more experience, or suggest me to ask counter/customer service. Home department might short-staffed. I was browsing an item for more than 15 minutes, checked with customer service, and finally was able to talk to a home department staff.
My favorite thing about this store is not only that it’s big and has pretty much everything that I’m asking for but it’s really the only grocery store in the area that is open until 11 PM. I have a fairly intense schedule with my 9 to 5 job and then work workouts plus my side project almost every single day so I don’t always get a chance to go to the groceries during regular opening hours so the fact that it’s open until 11 PM means I can often go after my workout, and I don’t have to worry about trying to squeeze it in during the day. I also love some of these deals that they have, where certain things are a dollar or they have all these great deals with the PC Optimum card and things like that as well so it’s really convenient and affordable for me.
Shout out to Galen. Used to think this store was the best, but after my latest experience not so much. Arrived late, by my own admission, and the lotto centre was closing. Asked if I could buy one last ticket. No. I said something to one of the managers, white hair, goatee, who was for once actually working. Said I guess I'll have to shop elsewhere. His reply... basically who cares. Well if Honey Badger don't care, I won't shop there. Only 12 other places to choose from in Newmarket Aurora. It was the flippant attitude from Honey Badger that prompted the review. I said "the lotto centre/smoke shop should have the same hours as the store" but...when I said that, Honey Badger don't care, take your money elsewhere!
Conveniently located at Bayview and St John, close to other stores including LCBO and the Beer Store. Loads of parking spots.
Great selection of cakes and treats. Staff are very friendly.

What should we call this?...MOZZARELLA or MOULDARELLA?
And this is not first time I have seen food full of FUNGUS on shelves.
Atlantic Superstore is superb. Super well organized and clean. Huge selection of quality products. Some great deals available too. Very good customer service. Aeastically very beautiful. Easy to locate products. Excellent experience shopping at Atlantic Superstore.
A great experience. Very busy though, but that's a good thing.
I’d like to give Jay a 10 star rating for his excellent helpful and kind customer service today! He went the extra mile today to help me and my mom!!! Great employee !!! Thanks for your kindness ! Correction his name is Jade many thanks
I normally have no trouble looking for items I need, but on the rare occasion I needed assistance to find something the staff was rude and dismissive. I had the item and product number from the website pulled up on my phone so they can maybe search it up in their system, but they took one look and told me they don't know where that is and to go to the pharmacist instead. I even apologized for bothering them but they just walked away. So, I went to the pharmacist and told them what happened and asked where I could find what I was looking for. They said it's odd the staff asked me to come to them because they don't stock items on the shelves that aren't behind the pharmacy counter and they also wouldn't exactly know where it would be (which totally makes sense). At the end, we were both scrambling down the aisle until I found what I needed.
Honestly, I feel like both the pharmacist and I's time wouldn't have been wasted if the staff just looked up the product number in their system. I used to work in customer service a long time ago and I totally understand how busy it gets, but I would have never dismissed customers that way especially if I know they needed help.

I like Superstore but their introduction of "ungraded beef" a couple years ago was in my opinion a big mistake. We have not been buying beef since then it because it looks incredible lean. But, I took a chance on a "ungraded" prime rib roast for Christmas dinner and it was horrible. It didn't look too bad actually. A few of the outside slices were good but then a massive chunk of gristle was inside the roast. It could not be cut into slices with my very sharp knife so it was basically hacked into chunks. Turns out a friend had the same experience. Obviously we will never buy that crap again. Other stores have AA and AAA beef available and often on sale for only a few dollars more. There is no point in buying poor quality food.
Purchased on Friday, opened the potato and carrots bag on Tuesday morning and this is what I found, sprouts with mold . Expired cheese (from last week’s purchase). This is not the first time, almost every time I purchase potatoes from here they’re old and have sprouts all over them.
Honestly, I am so done with this store. Not only are the produce overly priced but more than half the time, you get home and it's rotten or a day away from it. Your customer service at the 25 or less checkout is horrible. Today I had 15 items, some of which were bulkier so I kept it in my cart and was told, 25 is a guideline and it should all fit on the little square. What a joke! Your worker today was condescending and down right rude because she had to take 3 coupons for almond milk. See the pic of what was purchased. It's going to take more than stupid marvel cards to win people back.
Santa hats are on, but not so jolly energy. I was at self checkout when I overheard an older man asking a worker where he could can scan his items. The worker replied “uhh at the register….” and then with an attitude said “don’t use self check out if you don’t know what you’re doing, you do it by yourself you know?” I’d call that a pretty short fuse after being asked one simple question. I was just very taken a back by her lack of not only professionalism, but zero patience.
Had the most amazing help from Maria in the baby section today! So kind and considerate new dad baby formula shopping. She helped me to the till and we shared some great holiday cheer! GO Maria!

During the week, especially in the early morning there needs to be more cashier's/check outs open. Workers could smile a bit more but it's not bad. Just noticed it here and there. Fairly clean store and always busy.
Great selection of good products for a fair price. Good sales often happen in the middle of the week. I don’t like, however, how they trick you into thinking something is on sale with yellow price tags even though the price isn’t any different.
I visit this superstore regularly and it's got a great selection of products but over the past couple months prices have gone significantly high and products selection are not fresh . Bought crossiants and they are rock hard. Hope they improve because I stop here regularly.
There is actual space in the store and parking lot in comparison to the Superstore in Brandon MB. Just don't like those barriers at the entrance
Very nice super store with varieties of items

I've been shopping at this place for almost 11 years now. It used to be Real Canadian Superstore and was recently changed into No Frills Plus. The building is huge and they definitely have a plus variety of everything, very clean store, tidy racks. We come across the owner every now and then, busy himself with the rest of the staff, side by side. However, I find the human aspect kind of missing from business ethics, on the whole. Prices are much higher, price matching hardly available. They'd rather throw away the older, more expensive items than put them on discount or on Flashfood (discount food app). There are other independently owned No Frills stores, which are far more customer oriented, though they follow the same business structure. I understand this is now a personal business but profit and loss are part of business. Maybe invest in better prices than all those advertising boards. It will pay better!
PATHETIC/WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently had an unfortunate experience in this store which is my usual grocery store. The store has an ongoing "Collect & Save" cookware scheme, and I had collected stickers to participate. However, when I attempted to redeem them, I encountered a troubling situation with one of your customer service representatives.
Only a few pans were available, so I inquired if more would be arriving soon. Her response was a blunt "I don’t know," delivered in a casual, unprofessional manner, as if I was speaking to a friend rather than a customer. When I asked if she could check or provide more information, she simply repeated, "I don’t know" and even left her desk in between our conversation. My wife and I were left feeling shocked and disheartened by her behavior. We just stand there still in front of the empty desk. I am not from where she came from, and I don't know if that's how you deal in your community.
My Concerns:
- Lack of Professionalism:
As a customer service representative, it’s her responsibility to assist customers by providing accurate information or seeking help from a supervisor/manager if needed. A response like "I don’t know" without any follow-up is unacceptable in customer service. She could have apologized for the inconvenience, offered to find out more details, or even suggested an alternative solution.
- Customer Service Etiquette:
Simple courtesies like maintaining eye contact, smiling, and being polite go a long way. Instead of leaving the desk abruptly, she could have expressed regret for the situation and shown an effort to assist.
This experience raises questions about the training and supervision of the staff. While I’m not making assumptions, it seems that newer or less experienced staff might require additional guidance to meet the standards of service that loyal customers expect.
MY QUESTIONS:
1) Can the staff be trained to handle customer inquiries more professionally?
2) When can we expect the cookware to be restocked?
3) What steps will be taken to ensure such incidents don’t occur in the future?
4) If you are tired/not good for customer service, work at back side instead being in the front desk where you represent the brand.
This experience has made me consider shopping at another store, such as the one at Mavis/Steeles, where the staff seem better trained and more courteous. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of service.
I regret that I cannot give a lower rating, as this incident was truly disappointing.
Today, I went in this store with my family. The store is very good and clean and the cashiers are very helpful and polite especially, a girl named Yasmeen. She helped us to find grocery items. I really liked the store.
It's the biggest no frills store I have ever visited. Also the staff is very polite and humble. I remember one of the staff member named Simran Kaur helped me finding some stuff & she also assisted me in the check out and told me about how can I get rewards on my groceries. A happy customer😊
This is best nofrills i have been to.
When you enter the store and see the fresh produce organized that makes your day.
It seems like the new management is doing a real good job as everything in the store looks amazing.
It looks much cleaner and well maintained now.

The manager here is very kind, helps out local charities, and treats staff and customers well. You can tell by the workers' attitude and customer service that management is doing something right.
The store is clean, and there are usually pretty good sales as well. My wife and I do all our shopping here.
A best realayable super market for all needs
One of the largest superstores I've been in. It is quite huge and has everything you can really imagine. You can get a little lost in it but it has all the products from food to clothing across various brands. It has regular food aisles and then a large one going sideways near checkout. It is a great and safe location.
Where we always go for our groceries.
Prices are low compared to other stores. Mom loves here too!
Tried to place a big order on line for work purposes and they cancel my order because my work credit card doesn't have the same name as my name. I will not be shopping here ever again. Not even for personal use and I will be telling everybody not to shop there because of how ridiculous they are they just lost a $900 sale just because my name doesn't match the credit card.

Poor management decision not to help people checking out fast on remembers day, called twice and the team hanged out the phone, blaming people for shopping, shame on you!
Edit after the reply from the owner:
I have called the store the day the incident happened, you did not take any steps to make this right, customer relations were unhelpful and blaming on people coming to shop.
Not good sir!
I would like to appreciate Julie from customer service. I had a return of 150 dollars (after party items) and she was pleasant during the entire transaction. No attitude or annoyed face. Very satisfied with her customer service.
Being an immigrant,i always get a sudden switch in face expression from the cashiers when it is my turn, even when i am doing large purchases.
But in this case my returns was handled with good smile and was very accommodative. Thank you Julie for giving me a change. Much appreciated
Apparently employees think they can look inside your bags now. I’m literally trying to buy my stuff and go home but an employee decided it was a good idea to go to my cart and started looking inside my bag. If it was a police, I’d gladly show them but not to an employee. It already looks like a prison in superstore and now you get searched without consent. Do better. This is ridiculous and ruins the shopping experience cause you’re getting treated like a criminal. This was from the lady at the self checkout who thinks she has the right to question why my bags look full. It’s full of ikea bags, they’re not the flimsy fabric bags. They’re thick plastics ones that refuse to fold up. Wish I got her name to report her behaviour.
UPDATE: same lady physically went into my bag and ONCE AGAIN, I did not give her permission to go through my bag. I had to show my receipt to prove that the items in my bag were purchased somewhere else even though it was none of her business. I’m tired of this treatment, this is getting ridiculous. I’m done shopping here, the employee still does not have a name tag but I made a complaint to customer service. I know they won’t do anything since it’s a repeated behaviour.
I just wanted to take a moment to comment how satisfied I am with the services provided by Dillon as well as Scott. I always make a point of visiting Dillon when I need glasses whether I may need prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses.
Dillon always works hard to make sure that I am happy with my purchase and always goes the extra mile to find me a pair of glasses that I am satisfied with. He’s incredibly patient and always takes his time to answer any of my questions.
Dillon is fantastic and if you are ever in need of eyewear, please make a point of visiting him!
Bright, colorful, well organized and a tad pricy. Loved shopping here. The staff were super friendly and everything is soo well arranged. Huge parking space and a huge selection of cheese, breads and bakery products.

The first time I’ve experienced something like this at any store I’ve went to. Went inside the store again after checking stuff out prior as bus was late. Went to the cosmetics aisle to take a look around. Did not find anything of interest, went to leave the store. I was then pulled to the side as the “cameras” saw me putting a lipstick in my jacket. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!! Having been worked at this same location in the past, the management fails in finding actual culprits and ACCUSES other people in front of the whole store for their own amusement! If this store were to watch the cameras a little more carefully- it could cater towards actual loss prevention instead of cornering someone who doesn’t do anything wrong! SHAME on the loss prevention team, the ‘decorative’ guards at the exit and the entire store’s management! I sincerely hope nobody else has to go through this horrid situation.
P.S To the loss prevention person who said to me that they don’t have cameras close enough to know if somebody puts something in their pocket to be sure, it’s high time they install those cameras!🤦
Great job! If you spend $350 you'll get this for free at -30 outside. Just help yourself grab one and bring it to your car. Why don't you just give out free mittens.
Super big, super clean, super organized, super inventory, super choices superb super store
Had an amazing experience with one stop shop for all your everyday needs (over and above groceries) . Bakery is amazing. Lots of variety to choose from, all quality products. Produce section is so clean and organized. An amazing experience
Nice Store in Ajax. Right off Kingston road, it's easily accessible and in central of Ajax near 401 as well. The store itself is quite good and was stocked well. All sections seemed to be well managed and accessible.
We were able to find all the items we were looking for. It was clean inside the store. The Joe fresh collection was also quite good. They also have lot of dress on sale.
Like the store and would recommend.
I could give this store 10000 stars if I could, I’ve never felt so at home and alive in the last few days fuelling my body with pc brands and staying happy healthy and humble, would recommend for all your needs. A true one stop shop for all. One size does fit all in this case!
Here is me, thinking about how I would love to go home and make my dip!!!

Why are you allowing customers to order so many items without providing any bags? I’m delivering a DoorDash order, and I’m struggling to carry all these items without bags.
The store has a good selection of products, but the checkout experience during peak hours is disappointing. Despite having multiple tills, they often leave many closed, resulting in long lines. It’s especially frustrating for parents with kids, as waiting over 30 minutes in line is not practical. Management should prioritize better staffing during busy times to improve customer experience.
Good store with good selection but overpriced like the rest of the grocery cartel in Canada
Great Store..
You will get whatever you need..
Excellent collection of everything ( groceries, produce etc)
Must visit place..
Very affordable compared to other stores

17 items were missing from our pick up order today after double checking against the bill at home - about a third of our order, all chilled items. I called and explained exactly which items were missing, and the person on the phone was great to deal with. They said they would have the missing items ready when we came back. No problem, mistakes happen.
But when my partner went to pick up the rest of the order immediately afterwards, they tried to give him another order with all the wrong items. They went back to get the correct missing items, at which point they realized that several of the items I was already charged for were apparently not in stock. How and why was I charged for them before when they weren’t in stock? Groceries are expensive enough right now without having to triple check that you aren’t paying for things you didn’t receive, and we had to spend an extra 45 minutes waiting outside the store a second time for the mistake to be only somewhat fixed.
I don’t often shop at this location, and instances like this are why. Constantly bad experiences with their pick up and delivery service. They have sent the wrong order with the delivery driver before as well. Next time I’m going back to the Gateway location - never have any issues like this there, so it’s worth the extra drive.
Most of my shopping trips have been great especially since there are lots of scooters here and have never had go wait for one. Everything I need is almost always in stock. They price match too, so I don't have to run around to get items that are on sale elsewhere.
Looks like my previous review was deleted!
1 star! I've constantly had wrong items, missing items and had to wait 30 minutes. I constantly get the same worker who is extremely hard to understand and who chose old/rotten produce and milk that expires in 3 days..
Don't waste your time with this headache store
The express pick up needs a better system at this location. When the spots are full there's no way of knowing that people are sitting and waiting to get into a spot and people just showing up are pulling in before people waiting have the chance to get the spot. I've seen two altercations sitting here in the last 15 min. Super frusterating. People aren't being served in order they arrive. I've been waiting an hour. Definitely not more convenient than just shopping myself.
This is my go-to store bc I think the prices are fair and they do have some good items on sale at times. What I don't like is there self-checkout which is far too small. There's no room to put your items after scanning, it's ridiculous!

Very few cashiers as they like customers to check out themselves but now corralled through a single point of entry to store and a controlled exit from self serve allegedly to reduce stealing. So you either have to tolerate being treated like someone who has to do all the work but isn't trustworthy, or you have to wait endlessly for one of the two manned registers.
Just think how much this cost to implement which would have been passed on to customers. If stealing was such an issue, get rid of the self scan or lower the damn prices so people can afford the basics.
During my recent visit to Atlantic Superstore #351 in Lower Sackville, I encountered a mix of experiences that left me with mixed feelings. The standout aspect was the frozen section, which was consistently well-stocked, thanks to the evident care and skill of the staff member responsible. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a quality section were commendable. However, the milk section was a stark contrast, consistently empty despite visible stock in the back room. This discrepancy was disappointing, especially considering the overall decline in the store’s standards over the past three years.
Furthermore, my visit took an unpleasant turn at the olive bar. While patiently waiting my turn, a family with small children was ahead of me. Unfortunately, one of the children sneezed, spreading germs across the entire olive bar. Witnessing this unhygienic incident was off-putting, to say the least. Needless to say, I refrained from making any purchases that day, and the experience has left me hesitant to patronize the store in the future. It’s crucial for the store to prioritize cleanliness and hygiene, especially in food areas, to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. While the frozen section shines, the issues with milk availability and cleanliness detract from the overall shopping experience at Atlantic Superstore #351.
No carts ever, today employees in the cart stalls on their phones and stalls full of carts. I was there today Jan 28/24 store was packed no carts now the norm. I spoke weeks ago to the manager he said they have no small carts for mostly the elderly because they get stolen. I’m sure they do as I drive by late at night they are lining the banks outside and everywhere but in the store. You will never see this at Sobeys even superstore Bedford is better. I think the manager should go to Sobeys and see how they work.Maybe Sobeys pays better but I have never “not” been able too get a cart from inside whenever I go there. Including pics of Superstore this afternoon carts everywhere Jan 28/24 and the kid supposed to be bringing them in was on his phone leaning on a cart in one of the stalls until he noticed me looking at him.
Hate going here. Feel like a criminal. They have made it so hard to enter. Hate to see if you had to leave in a hurry do to an emergency. No other grocery store is like this that I have ever shopped at. Go for 1 item once in a blue moon if in a pinch. Other than that I no longer buy my groceries here.
This is our local Loblaw store, and I have to say how impressed I am. We have popped into other locations and had a difficult time finding what we need or found it to be a bit messy. This location always seems to be clean, well stocked, and staff are always so kind and willing to help! I even had a staff member offer to pack up some old bananas for me on clearance. And another keep looking for a product until he found what we needed. We love our local store and will continue shopping there!
