The Real Canadian Superstore at Bayview is truly my one and only store. I always find fresh fruits, vegetables, and produce—everything is consistently high quality and well-stocked.
The store is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. They don’t just patch things up—they genuinely care for the space, and it shows. Every time I visit, the environment feels fresh, organized, and welcoming.
It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the store in great condition, and that makes the shopping experience all the more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone who values freshness, cleanliness, and a reliable place to shop.
I really love shopping at Real Canadian Superstore! One of my favorite things is their price match policy—it's super helpful for saving money. I also really appreciate how they label products that are produced or made in Canada. It makes it easy to support local and choose Canadian-made items. It feels good to support Canadian businesses while getting great deals. Highly recommended!
I have to say great things about Canadian Superstore (Aurora) pick up option. Their online ordering website is very user friendly and includes details that I look for like price per 100g, sales, etc. You choose a time slot. They are always on time, bring the groceries right to your car and help you pack into the trunk with a friendly smile.
There are dedicated parking spots for pick up so no fighting over the good spots. The online check in when you arrive is easy. And there is a phone number at each dedicated parking spot that you can call as an alternative to check in. The whole process is easy and smooth! I LOVE this service. So easy for a mom with a baby. GREAT JOB Canadian Superstore!!!
I thought give it another try …. Another ball of prosciutto …. Please train your staff how to do this properly ….. not asking a lot …. Just separate with sheets in between ……
It's a Superstore. I am reviewing their hot food counter. Rotisserie chickens among several other options perfect for lunch or dinner if you refuse to cook. Just follow the aromas when you enter the store.

Atlantic Superstore is superb. Super well organized and clean. Huge selection of quality products. Some great deals available too. Very good customer service. Aeastically very beautiful. Easy to locate products. Excellent experience shopping at Atlantic Superstore.
I’ve noticed that on most weekends, there are only six cashiers, and the lineups stretch all the way to the dairy aisle. This makes the shopping experience frustrating for customers. Additionally, I’ve requested lamb from the meat department multiple times, but it still hasn’t been stocked. I’d appreciate it if management could address these issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Read carefully before buying anything .

I did not have the card with me and she was not ready to let me tap and asking me for the payment card. She was not ready to make the changes so we can tap.
Employee didn’t have the name tag , on the bill receipt her manager is shauna young ( Lexci )
Counter no. 4 around 4.15 pm
Saturdays are horribly crowded, not all tills open. It’s difficult to even get in line.
Please fix this!!!

I was totally ignored at the Deli counter. I was right behind another customer getting his order. The server handed him his cold cuts and walked away from me to get something in the cooler. I was left standing there for about 2 minutes. There were 2 other staff working there and they noticed me and chose to ignore me. The first guy came out of the cooler and the 3 of them started socializing and having a great time. I decided to leave and let the store manager know what happened. He apologized and said he will talk to the Deli staff right away.
This will be my third visit now where I've waited in excess of 20 minutes for someone to unlock the case for formula. Pressing the help/call button does nothing. Today I waited 30 minutes. In speaking to the supervisor, she was great, but told me the person who had the key was on break. When I inquired why the key isn't left at customer service. I was told that then they would not be able to leave (they stated they were short 2 team members). Once I finally was able to get my formula, I spoke with one of the managers who expressed their sympathy, but offered no better solutions at this time. Formula is not cheap. Spending on average $60 per tin ($120 this visit). Just to avoid the future waste of time, I'll be purchasing formula elsewhere. I'll petition for everyone to buy their formula elsewhere and not give them your money and waste your time. I've lived here for 9 years and shopped here weekly. Their other operations are fine at best. But this area needs to be revamped/improved for their customers. I've lodged a complaint with their head office as well.
I like Superstore but their introduction of "ungraded beef" a couple years ago was in my opinion a big mistake. We have not been buying beef since then it because it looks incredible lean. But, I took a chance on a "ungraded" prime rib roast for Christmas dinner and it was horrible. It didn't look too bad actually. A few of the outside slices were good but then a massive chunk of gristle was inside the roast. It could not be cut into slices with my very sharp knife so it was basically hacked into chunks. Turns out a friend had the same experience. Obviously we will never buy that crap again. Other stores have AA and AAA beef available and often on sale for only a few dollars more. There is no point in buying poor quality food.
Ordered for pick up 3:30pm-4pm today. They didn’t have many of the items ordered and we either never got the item or it was substituted in which some options I declined. Minutes after coming home and looking at what was given I was really upset. Produce costs a lot of money and majority of my bill was for fresh fruit and vegetables. Pictures say it all. The produce was awful. I chose convenience as I had a recent surgery but I won’t be using their services again.
I would like to say thank you, thank you to Colin Clendennig for his excellent customer service, I asked for help with finding the type of milk that I needed it and without any hesitation he said yesss how can I help, he went inside the warehouse and came out with the milk that I was looking for, it is employees like him that certainly makes a difference in successful business, looking after customer and meeting their needs, it is vital to make a customer feel value.

Superstore is our go to for fresh produce and for our meat. We also love trying different President's Choice brand options, they're always coming out with new meals and snacks. The home, kitchen, and decor options are also plenty and we love seeing what each new season brings. It's an extra bonus shopping here if you collect PC points or have a PC Mastercard, a lot of additional savings and rewards.
Ya, they are really into organic food here. Organic fruit, cheese, oil, wild caught fish and alot of other foods. They don't say on packages in their meat section for beef what it has been fed so I stay away from that. That's why I give it a 4 out of 5. Would be nice to see organic grassfed beef and pig meat on packages. For me I only choose organic food.
Went yesterday to try on clothes. There was a sign at the fitting room saying go to customer service to use fitting room. When I went there, there were 3 young women just standing around talking. They paged for someone over the system then just continued talking to eachother. Nobody ever came, they just kept standing around talking. Bad customer service.
Superstore is my main grocery store. It's just too big for me though. But it has everything I need.
Friendly staff. Helpful. Great service. The only place that I like to shop.

Excellent experience at Adil No frills.
This store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a great variety of products. The produce is fresh, and I especially appreciate the selection of organic and international items. Staff are friendly, helpful, and checkout is usually quick—even during busy times. Prices are fair, and they often have great deals. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable and pleasant shopping experience!
Be careful what you feed your kids! This expired Dec 31, 2024. It is now March 23, 2025!!
Also last week we purchased PC brand mustard which was clearly opened, used and had a seal put back on. If a customer returns stuff, don't put it back on the shelf! The product itself could have been poisoned for all I know and these guys decided to put it back on the shelf. Shame on you guys. Think of your customers! Expired and tampered food!
I've been shopping at this place for almost 11 years now. It used to be Real Canadian Superstore and was recently changed into No Frills Plus. The building is huge and they definitely have a plus variety of everything, very clean store, tidy racks. We come across the owner every now and then, busy himself with the rest of the staff, side by side. However, I find the human aspect kind of missing from business ethics, on the whole. Prices are much higher, price matching hardly available. They'd rather throw away the older, more expensive items than put them on discount or on Flashfood (discount food app). There are other independently owned No Frills stores, which are far more customer oriented, though they follow the same business structure. I understand this is now a personal business but profit and loss are part of business. Maybe invest in better prices than all those advertising boards. It will pay better!
Sure! Here’s a polished 5-star review for Adil’s No Frills in Brampton:
⸻
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Adil’s No Frills in Brampton is an excellent grocery store that never disappoints. The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, pantry essentials, and household items at unbeatable prices. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always willing to help, making every visit smooth and pleasant. The customer service here really stands out, and it’s clear that Adil runs the store with care and professionalism. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great deals and a hassle free shopping experience moreover Kabir is best in garden centre
It used to be a Real Canadian Superstore, now most of the building is a Nofrills and the other part with separate entrance is a Real Canadian Wholesale Club. All 3 are owned by Loblaw
Feels like it was a cheap renovation, the fresh side is massive since they didn't move the produce wall after removing the service counters. It's filled with many grocery displays and I found that made it hard to find the deli and bakery things
There's a small section for home products like kitchen, bed and bath along with a big Joe Fresh. Neither had any shoppers in those areas.
Grocery, frozen and dairy sections had some more variety than the typical Nofrills but with respect to Indian/Pakistani items, it was disappointing. All the ethnic items are mixed in the aisles making it hard to find. Chalo FreshCo beats this place hands down in variety and dedicated aisles.
There's one aisle for Natural Foods, it's much smaller than the Superstore had and they've removed the liquor completely.
The self check out area doesn't have any big machines. I had to play Tetris trying to fit the $100 worth of stuff I had. There was only 2 regular checkouts open with long lines. It was pretty busy on a Saturday night 1.5 hours before closing
It was convenient that it was open till 10pm whereas others close at 9pm. Most of the shopping carts don't need change. Many of the pics of the store and reviews are from when it was a Superstore, as they've renamed it instead of using a new business. Some of the pics are from a different Superstore completely.

Come on guys, you lock up certain products to prevent theft (fine). But then store policy is to only allow one employee to have a key to those products. And the store's scheduling policy is to send that employee home hours before close (thereby preventing any other employee from having a key to the products)? That can't be right, and we're not talking about the pharmacy here.
If Superstore is committed to a policy of having varying store hours for different products, it would be helpful for each product to have hours of availability posted next to the display. In doing so, Superstore could spare it's customer who work into the evening and, say, show up at 8pm to buy a product, from wasting 20-30 minutes of their already limited evening going to the store.
Please consider posting hours of availability next to each product display. Thank you!
Semir of the pc express pickup department was amazing! Truly fantastic experience and is such a gentlemen. He helped me rearrange my whole trunk and fill it to the brim with grocery’s. 100/10.
A typical day of shopping for a few things on the way home. I pointed out to the staff at the Kenaston Superstore, a few weeks ago that some of their roasted chickens were not fully cooked. Since then I have not seen another under cooked chicken. Apparently some chickens at the end of the roasting rod were being under cooked according to the person I spoke to. I'm pleased that they actually did something about it.
We enjoyed shopping here. Fun to see the local culture. We were pleasantly surprised at how many different countries and cultures were represented at your store!! It was fun to explore.
The manager here is very kind, helps out local charities, and treats staff and customers well. You can tell by the workers' attitude and customer service that management is doing something right.
The store is clean, and there are usually pretty good sales as well. My wife and I do all our shopping here.

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the produce I recently purchased. It was clearly spoiled — soft, moldy, and with a foul smell. It’s disgusting that this is being sold to customers. This isn’t just about poor quality; it’s a health risk. People can get seriously sick from eating bad produce. It’s unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I won’t be coming back unless things change.
I am regular customer and have been shopping here for more than 4 years now. I would give one star to this store as management has been very poor since last couple of months. I was at store today evening and there were long line up at every checkouts and scan & go. There were very few cashiers available and they were low in staff. This is second time happening with me. First time it was on last friday. I strongly recommend store manager and management team to hire or add more cashiers they only have 4-5 cashiers at a time. As store is making huge profit everyday they should think about customers too. They used to have express lanes for people with few items but now its all same nothing spacial for those who have 5-6 items. Long line ups should not be issue for management and I am very disappointed with my overall shopping experience. I hope management will take some serious and reasonable actions regarding this issue.
Thank you.
Very disappointed. The produce is right on the edge of expiration, if not already expired. We have been using online pickup to get our grocery shopping done, and we have had nothing but issues the last 4 trips. The last 4 times we have to double check our order when we get home to check for missing items, or produce that has mold on it. This last pickup was the final straw. We got home and we're missing 15 of our items. This has happened many times, and shoppers should not have to double check their bins to ensure they got everything they paid for. Being the closest superstore to our house, it wouldn't make sense to go to another. But we may have to shop somewhere else unfortunately. The time we have to use to go back to the store to pickup again, is not worth it.
Bright, colorful, well organized and a tad pricy. Loved shopping here. The staff were super friendly and everything is soo well arranged. Huge parking space and a huge selection of cheese, breads and bakery products.
Poor management decision not to help people checking out fast on remembers day, called twice and the team hanged out the phone, blaming people for shopping, shame on you!
Edit after the reply from the owner:
I have called the store the day the incident happened, you did not take any steps to make this right, customer relations were unhelpful and blaming on people coming to shop.
Not good sir!

The first time I’ve experienced something like this at any store I’ve went to. Went inside the store again after checking stuff out prior as bus was late. Went to the cosmetics aisle to take a look around. Did not find anything of interest, went to leave the store. I was then pulled to the side as the “cameras” saw me putting a lipstick in my jacket. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!! Having been worked at this same location in the past, the management fails in finding actual culprits and ACCUSES other people in front of the whole store for their own amusement! If this store were to watch the cameras a little more carefully- it could cater towards actual loss prevention instead of cornering someone who doesn’t do anything wrong! SHAME on the loss prevention team, the ‘decorative’ guards at the exit and the entire store’s management! I sincerely hope nobody else has to go through this horrid situation.
P.S To the loss prevention person who said to me that they don’t have cameras close enough to know if somebody puts something in their pocket to be sure, it’s high time they install those cameras!🤦
They should change their system about points, I forgot to bring my pc point card couple times and I had huge shopping, but when I went back with my pc point card and my recipes the people in customer service said there is no any way to get the missed points!!!! Not even comparable with Sobeys or Safeway!
Super big, super clean, super organized, super inventory, super choices superb super store
Had an amazing experience with one stop shop for all your everyday needs (over and above groceries) . Bakery is amazing. Lots of variety to choose from, all quality products. Produce section is so clean and organized. An amazing experience
Nice Store in Ajax. Right off Kingston road, it's easily accessible and in central of Ajax near 401 as well. The store itself is quite good and was stocked well. All sections seemed to be well managed and accessible.
We were able to find all the items we were looking for. It was clean inside the store. The Joe fresh collection was also quite good. They also have lot of dress on sale.
Like the store and would recommend.
I really like this Superstore, it's usually well stocked and is clean. However, 3 times this month I have purchased products that were expired. In one case it was beef jerky expired 3 months ago, a bottle of vitamins that expired 4 months ago, and a protein bar that expired 5 days before I bought it. I did exchange the vitamins but I guess if I keep coming here I need to check very single item before I purchase it and not trust this place.

My girlfriend and I are regulars at the Portage store. When we are out in this area sometimes, We will go to this store. I must admit a few of the cashiers have been very friendly and professional to us. ( we are not friends or relatives to mention) We were there recently, A stock person was very rude to us! We were trying to find an item. The stock person walked by, I said '' excuse me '' He kept walking and completely ignored us. He stopped past us. I asked him where this article was. He replied in a harsh tone Isle x. We stood there in shock for a few moments. We could not believe his attitude. I wanted to go and confront him about it,but my girlfriend talked me out of it. This is the second time we have found an employee there very rude. (One was in the bakery department) I think we will stay out in our own area from now on. I know we all have bad days, but you still have to show some form of professionalism. We rate the cashiers much higher than the grade we gave to explain.
It is nice to hear from the Manager or whoever responds to texts, But what Good is this, if nobody does anything about these issues, the management is only as good as the service,
Why are you allowing customers to order so many items without providing any bags? I’m delivering a DoorDash order, and I’m struggling to carry all these items without bags.
Joyce was amazing at helping me pick out a pair of glasses. She went on and beyond and exceeded my expectations to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate her kindness. Thank you so very much Joyce
My 11 year old was accused by an senior Caucasian greeter for stealing a 30ibs brisket... Which he could not lift! Senior Mumble some words and walked away. no apology no nothing.

Had the sweetest cashier today. I believe their name was Lee. Left us with a big smile. Not all employees there are like them. Just wanted to give a sweet shout-out 🌼👍🏼
We enjoy shopping at this superstore location and especially like being served by an employee named Lee. He is kind always happy and helpful. Makes shopping a great experience. If all were like him you would be very fortunate.
So freaking frustrated and annoyed. We ordered groceries for pick up,it said to come at around 8pm so we did. The orer wasn't ready and still isn't. We have called multiple times and each time we call, they say it will take another 15-20 minutes. After about the 5th call, they have now asked if we can pick up tomorrow, which we can't, as it needed tonight. Beyond ridiculous.
17 items were missing from our pick up order today after double checking against the bill at home - about a third of our order, all chilled items. I called and explained exactly which items were missing, and the person on the phone was great to deal with. They said they would have the missing items ready when we came back. No problem, mistakes happen.
But when my partner went to pick up the rest of the order immediately afterwards, they tried to give him another order with all the wrong items. They went back to get the correct missing items, at which point they realized that several of the items I was already charged for were apparently not in stock. How and why was I charged for them before when they weren’t in stock? Groceries are expensive enough right now without having to triple check that you aren’t paying for things you didn’t receive, and we had to spend an extra 45 minutes waiting outside the store a second time for the mistake to be only somewhat fixed.
I don’t often shop at this location, and instances like this are why. Constantly bad experiences with their pick up and delivery service. They have sent the wrong order with the delivery driver before as well. Next time I’m going back to the Gateway location - never have any issues like this there, so it’s worth the extra drive.
Looks like my previous review was deleted!
1 star! I've constantly had wrong items, missing items and had to wait 30 minutes. I constantly get the same worker who is extremely hard to understand and who chose old/rotten produce and milk that expires in 3 days..
Don't waste your time with this headache store

PC Cream First, Vanilla Bean Ice cream
1.5 L ..this ice cream, to me, when I opened it, looks like it was thawed and frozen again, had no taste like ice cream...this was the second ice cream I bought hoping it was not like the first one....I always bought that ice cream and no problem...thank you.
No carts ever, today employees in the cart stalls on their phones and stalls full of carts. I was there today Jan 28/24 store was packed no carts now the norm. I spoke weeks ago to the manager he said they have no small carts for mostly the elderly because they get stolen. I’m sure they do as I drive by late at night they are lining the banks outside and everywhere but in the store. You will never see this at Sobeys even superstore Bedford is better. I think the manager should go to Sobeys and see how they work.Maybe Sobeys pays better but I have never “not” been able too get a cart from inside whenever I go there. Including pics of Superstore this afternoon carts everywhere Jan 28/24 and the kid supposed to be bringing them in was on his phone leaning on a cart in one of the stalls until he noticed me looking at him.
Awful! The alarm sound that keeps going off for no reason. It's the last time I shop there. It's horrible, especially for those who have sensitive hearing, or has Autism.
So appreciate the friendly, cheerful folks who bring orders outside for PC Express orders. One of them mentioned this has been a far better job than other places he’s worked, including fast food. Makes my heart happy to hear a large business provides a good workplace. I don’t know how the rest of the store is for workplace satisfaction, though, but the store is generally clean and well ordered, including their bathrooms.
The people aren't nice. One worker mocked my girl for being polite.
There is an annoying alarm that sounded the twice I've been there and people are talking about it online saying it's been going for a lot longer, so I'll travel further out to shop.
