Terrible service from this location. I was there just before or right on time but they refused to serve me.
If there's a zero or negative, it will be more appropriate than 1 star
The associate preferred to argue with me for 3mins rather than releasing my parcel. He kept insisting I was late...it was extremely frustrating. If he just let me in it was less time than arguing.
Stay away! No idea about customer service... very sad.
Came to drop off a package and I was immediately greeted and looked after by the supervisor, Deep Thekker, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. I'll definitely choose UPS over other shipping services!! Keep up the good work 👏
I went to pick up a package and when the guy behind the counter got it for me he l tried to tell me I need led to pay $5 for the service. When the person who sent me the package had paid all fees on their end and had specifically asked if there was any costs for me they told him no. Not sure what scam this guy at UPS was trying to pull but I was not going to have any of it. I will never use UPS and I have told many other people not to use them now as they are a bunch of scammers. I didn’t end up paying as I would have refused and told him to send the package back if that was the case. This store is horrible service hiring people who try to get extra money from people. Also they were giving the person ahead of me a hard time because their name on the ID and package was off by 1 letter due to the person who sent theirs had used a nick name (Becka) and the ID said Becky with both had the same address. The sender for my item will not use UPS and has been telling people since not to use them either.
I got a response from this place…. What a joke, they said the package was delivered by FedEx. How was it that the sender sent it from a UPS store to UPS store but they are saying it was FedEx and the package said UPS all over and the tracking number was UPS. THERE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!!!!! Do not go there and do not go to UPS anywhere!!!
Painfully slow service. And ridiculously overpriced. $38 to send a $12 wrist brace, what a joke! Over 10 people standing in line for an hour with only one person working. And the one employee couldn’t even keep track of who was next in line. Some Karen cut me in line with zero remorse, when I brought it to the attention of the staff, I was somehow the one in the wrong for calling her out.
Such great service! Even had a mishap with a shipment being returned and they helped me sort it all out quickly and repackaged it for me.
