We have several options for your rental.

The Main Hall can be rented for birthday parties, showers, memorial services, fundraising events, meetings, all kinds of gatherings and of course, socials and wedding receptions.

The space is about 2700 sq. ft. and seats 230 with a dance floor. For a social, we add in the canteen area (anteroom) rated for 65 people, making the total occupancy for socials 295. You can rent the hall with 5’round tables or 8’long rectangular tables. It all depends on how many people and what aesthetic you are going for (socials are rectangular tables only). Alcohol is permitted in the main hall and in the anteroom when it is rented with the main hall.

The Anteroom is the area between the main hall and the dressing rooms. It is where the Canteen window is and where people change from their boots to skates during skating season. It is available to rent once the ice is out until the ice goes back in (March – November). This room is functional for meetings. We hold all of our team meetings there, most of our board meetings, and have rented the space for Annual General Meetings, Junior Achievement and motivational seminars. The room is rated for 65 guests. No alcohol is allowed unless this area is rented along with the main hall for a social.

Rental includes 2 bartenders, shot glasses, ice, mix, and beer cups. You will need to provide straws, cash box, napkins, liquor tickets, paper plates and decorations.
