Stayed here with our hockey team along with 4 other hockey teams from the same spring hockey group and it was awesome. They were really accommodating and nice. They opened up a conference room for us to use every evening, created a buffet dinner for us and had us all near eachother near the pool area. The pool was fun, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great, the staff were extremely friendly and patient. .it was safe for all of the kids and they loved it. Our room got serviced everyday as well which seems to be a thing of the past now. Would recommend this place for a big group setting, team etc. thank you!!!!

Tried to get them to price match to third party travel sites, they wouldn't and told me to just book through those companies.
Tried booking with a military rate due to the location to the base. Was told that they don't give discounts to military members. I recommended that their manager review their pricing rules and a map.
Ended up booking at another hotel that gave a government rate without any issues or sass.

The hotel so I could spend a event and stay over night . Only order food at the bar before the party and I was the only one who ate coleslaw from by family and 2 hs hours started feeling sick what I reported to the manager and to the restaurant- as the event is taking place I am in my room unable to attend I was feeling totally fine before eating that meal . So manager was very dismissive and said food poison was not possible only after 8 hours . Well it happened 2 hs after eating .

Booked through Expedia the rating there is a tad different than here. For both Expedia and the hotel. Horrible in every way possible. Hotel stunk the bath tub had burn marks in it. The towels had hair in them. No kindness from the staff as we wanted a handicap room. Expedia didn't get us one. The hotel answer you booked through Expedia so to bad. All in all never again.

We were called the day of, to say the pool and waterside were not available. This is the whole reason we booked it here as we are out of town. I see now many other reviews are the same. Despite calling for a refund as we did not go, no money, no effort was spent on us I have no response. AVOID this place. It is a scam at best with zero accountability or customer service.
