Racist “manager” sent security outside while I was waiting for my ride. Was told I was bugging everyone who walked by me. I was just sitting there quietly waiting for my ride.

Bad service. Never got towels and the room never got clean by room service, when we checked into the room the floor was so dusty and sticky. Bed bugs in almost every room as well. Employees make it seem like a normal thing when they're told that there's bed bugs in the beds. And also there's a lot of flies flying around the hallway and rooms. No good motel I'd say

This is an acceptable, inexpensive option. Staff are great and the bedding is clean, otherwise the place is a bit run down. A deposit is required and typically refunded only after you have vacated the room and an inspection is done... guess they have issues from time to time. The lounge is an awesome place for eats and drinks.

Some staff are cool, but most others have attitude problems. Run down with noisy heaters and bad outside doors. We parked alongside our room and at about 9pm someone tried to break into our car. Wouldn’t recommend ever. Gave two stars only for the Smitty’s restaurant and convenient location.

I attended a 4 day hazardous waste course here. Ample parking, Smittys is upstairs so lunch option were great.. the conference room seems to have heating issues, one minute you are cold, the next you're baking, but overall it was a good spot to attend.
