Stayed there from January 12th to March 7th , the housekeeping was only done 3 times, they have a terrible attitude towards guests, WiFi is crap ,it's free to the guests but it's different to the staff,they have password access which is probably better for them, the Smitty's food is great,no complaints about the good food, and we have mice in the room, probably due to bad housekeeping, and it's probably why the fire alarm went off at 2 am maybe one of them got fried and triggered it lol , people under medical get treated a lot differently than the paying guest so yeah, the location is great ,a lot of places to shop, not a recommendation, it's up to you.

This is an acceptable, inexpensive option. Staff are great and the bedding is clean, otherwise the place is a bit run down. A deposit is required and typically refunded only after you have vacated the room and an inspection is done... guess they have issues from time to time. The lounge is an awesome place for eats and drinks.

Racist “manager” sent security outside while I was waiting for my ride. Was told I was bugging everyone who walked by me. I was just sitting there quietly waiting for my ride.

Bad service. Never got towels and the room never got clean by room service, when we checked into the room the floor was so dusty and sticky. Bed bugs in almost every room as well. Employees make it seem like a normal thing when they're told that there's bed bugs in the beds. And also there's a lot of flies flying around the hallway and rooms. No good motel I'd say

Some staff are cool, but most others have attitude problems. Run down with noisy heaters and bad outside doors. We parked alongside our room and at about 9pm someone tried to break into our car. Wouldn’t recommend ever. Gave two stars only for the Smitty’s restaurant and convenient location.
