Been playing hockey here for years. Now suddenly they want to make people pay for parking. What an absolute joke. It's $5 to pay for 2 hours, after already paying to rent the space. Just a money grab and rip off.

Wrote an Email inquiry for Private figure skating lessons, got reply asking if we were member of Winter club, and I replied I need more info to decide if join the club，and got no response since.

The new parking policy is a joke. New management is running this place into the ground. I'll be avoiding this place and their sponsors in the future.

My wife and I were there tonight for a Christmas party and left after 45 minutes. The room was so hot that we were sweating, literally beads of sweat on our foreheads. We went outside a few times to try to cool down, told staff at the venue, but nothing changed. Numerous other people in attendance felt the same, so we just decided to leave and didn't even have dinner. It's really a shame.
Update! It's been weeks and not even an apology! Excellent customer service! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Great facility if you're looking for an all in one stop! Love that I can workout, play hockey/tennis/badminton/squash all under one roof. Easy place to spend hours at a time.
